Privacy notice

MC.SOLUTIONS is an initiative of MC Medias LLC.

When you send a request, the details you enter (name, business email, company, and your website, phone and message if you add them), your preferred language, your diagnostic answers, the page you started from and the campaign source of your visit are sent to MC Medias LLC and recorded in our customer relationship system so that we can answer you. The time of your consent is recorded with your request.

We use this information only to respond to your request and to follow up on it. We do not sell it. You can ask MC Medias LLC to show, correct or delete it at any time.

The person in charge of protecting personal information at MC Medias LLC is Martin Champagne, who can be reached at the address in the Contact section below.

To let you refresh the page or change language without losing your place, your diagnostic answers and the campaign source of your visit are kept in your browser’s session storage and disappear when you close the tab. Your language choice is kept in local storage. None of this identifies you.

Your cookie choice is collected by Cookie-Script, which keeps it in a cookie so the banner does not come back on every page. No other cookie is set unless you accept measurement cookies. If you accept, Google Analytics (Google LLC) measures which pages and steps are used; it never receives the details you type into the form. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page. No advertising script is loaded. Our hosting network also counts page visits anonymously, without cookies, and the request form is protected against automated submissions.
